It seems to be interwoven into the Chinese character to be amazingly childish.

So what if Japan doesn't send officials?

Just say, "Meh," and move on.

But such a grown up attitude appears to be beyond China, or its people.

It is a joke right. The Olympic invitations were extended by each nation's own Olympic organization to its own government officials and dignitaries. It is not China sending out invitation. Olympic Games is a world event for peace and understanding. Yet it seems some countries are using it for political agendas. So as China said, "if you want to come, come. If you don't want to come, don't come." 🙂

These Indian girls use a lot of make up. They want to look white but thy are not and never will be. They should just be happy the way they are. They look more beautiful as themselves. They should not try to look different because you can tell they are trying.
