IAF had no courage to carry out the Balakot strike, it was great Modi who planed the attack under the cover of clouds, he also used a very advanced secrete telescope built by BJP scientists.

Planet Earth: "Go ahead, see if there are better places in the Universe where you can live better. I am old, being neglected by our intelligent scientists. It is a shame they can spend that much just to peek what is going on around me. Why not check my temperature first and solve it. I am getting warmer and warmer, I am sick, and getting sicker. Too many billions of people will perish in a short period of time. Go with your endeavor, but first, please don't forget me. Right now the only place you can breath as far as you know."

James webb telescope can only magnify distant places in the universe it also has limitation! It is just like other telescope! It can magnify objects in real time! It cannot overcome the continiously accelerating moving away edge of the universe!
