These lockdowns are just dumb. Carrie Carrie Carrie Lam! You can't stop the spread of Omicron, and you can't stop the unstoppable virus. What don't you understand? You pretend to be in charge, but you are not. You are just a puppet acting sanctimoniously and holier than thou. Everyone will have a day with Covid, it's unavoidable and ineluctable, and it's just a matter of time. If you can't stop the common flu, what makes you think you can stop and eradicate the spread of Covid. These lockdowns can destroy families.

This is totally mis reporting. You have taken Carrie old speech which was before the Omnicorn Virus took hold in China. People’s health and life comes first what’s the use of money if you don’t have life.

Reeducation camps is good way to deal with would-be criminals and terrorists. They can learn laws, dance, painting, hairdressing, bakery etc so they can contribute to the society when they come out. It is good way to help them. It is much better than US which shoot or bomb them including their family members.

We are only as strong as our weakest link. Delta, Omicron and a huge transfer of government funds to the US pharmaceutical companies won’t have occurred if the likes of the west and India decided to do the right thing and stopped preaching misleading ways of curbing the spread a the start of the pandemic. How the Western media and governments caused a prolonged bout of the pandemic from a possible of months to 2 years… Singapore admit defeat ages ago, but China and Hong Kong are still trying their best. Luckily Asians normally practice sensibility whether it’s China, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan or South Korea, shouldn’t have to worry too much, all the best to them! 🙏

For those who think i am an anti vaxxer, my family and close relatives have had 3 doses, yet 3 passed away after 3rd dose. Myself 2nd dose last year yet caught covid 1 1/2 month later. Don’t put your hopes too high on the vaccination. Keep working hard on staying fit, your own immunity is probably the best way to fight through this now.

Hong Kong is fully established and developed by the UK and west since 1841 after the territory is ceded to the UK by the then Ching Dynasty, long before china criminal party country was born in 1949. HK never belonged to CCP China.

Do not buy anything made in China. They want our money and then put a gun to our heads all the while supporting other dictators like Putin and Kim Jong Un. They will not survive as a nation when the money spent by western consumers dries up…..

I knew eventually we would arrive at this moment, with increasingly transmissible but less deadly variants on the rise, it will be significantly more difficult for China to maintain its “zero Covid” policy in the mainland. The only way out is herd immunity. Carrie Lam would be wise to relax Hong Kong’s restrictions, I hope this territory returns to its former glory soon.
