The cost of energy has increased around the world, but household energy prices have been capped In France.
The largely government owned energy company have had to absorb the costs but for many households the overall increase in the cost of living is being felt across the country.

Things are really bad in Britain . My kids have to go to a

The wonderful Eu is finished.
Seems like the theme everywhere. The rich getting mega wealthy, while the mainstream and lower income people have to choose between eating or heating.
BBC is worried about cost of living in France but England? Don't want to criticize Brexit U.K. or Bojo.
On Canada prices are also increasing every where. Housing and rents has been insane. Food prices have been changing every week on different items. It’s really ever where sadly 🙁
Jean Francois forced to cut down on food would do well to do so as he is borderline obese. I just hope he is making sure that his children are being fed.
I don’t see these French people clothing style to captivate that French aura.
Hmm Sadiq. The agency briefed me already.
In India my electric bills are around 800 INR that is around 10 Euros. It may go as high as 1500 INR in summers when we require all ACs and coolers to be working.
The New World Order planned it this way. Trying to make EVERYONE poor.
Glad I moved to a Central American country…compartively inexnesive groceries for fresh products only imported goods are high. No heat or a/c necessary cheaper propane gas for cooking. We dint fuel up.our car very often either.Once a month. Property taxes are under $100 USD a year. Sales taxes on imported items only because local products are sold in open air markets and are not taxed…perfect!
Coming to a country near you , if not already
I could not care less even if I would do my utmost
I feel like US got hit with the worst inflation…:(
The energy crisis can teach us lessons about the importance of god isolation and building high quality houses to save energy. And about not using more resources than needed.
There is a serious crisis in France. I just came back from Nice and the prices in shops were crazy. 7 euros for a simple deodorant and 9 euros for one bottle of shower gel. I was flabbergasted wondering how people survived I was there on holiday with my friend so I saved a lot of money on hotel Bill's but cannot imagine how much I would have spent otherwise. The cheapest dish in most restaurants I saw started at 30 euros and even vendor food was no less than 10 euros. 4 nuggets from Burger King cost 2.50. Incredibly expensive absolute madness.
Italy the same if not worse. My electricity bill almost trippled and today petrol is at 2,30€
Out out Macron
There is no thermo insulation on the house. It is time to insulate, and to support it governmentaly.
One of the simplest way for peoples wages to rise quickly is for the wealthy to tip key workers in the service sector, shop workers, health care etc. I've done it myself at the supermarket, pubs, hospitals etc, if everyone who has some level of disposable income tipped KEY workers 50p or a pound / euro when they do their weekly shop then wages for those people would rise drastically. What we see is the false construct of winners and losers, have and have nots, aristocracy /Les miserables completely falling apart, being exposed for what it it really is, fraudulent, unjust and unfair, the complete opposite of what France stands for Liberty, egality, fraternity .
Ok, hear me out. Prices in Bulgaria are much cheaper. Come here, spend some money. Just don't work here, cause the salaries are way too low. We have one of the lowest cost of living in EU, but also the lowest purchasing power in the EU.
