They had two years to fix the virus situation. As if with super computers and modelling that you can't come up with a protocol incase a new variant emerges. Imagine if Omicron was more deadly.

If you're traveling during the holidays…during a pandemic…you're contributing to the problem and there's a significant chance you'll contribute to someone's hospitalization and/or death. Stay put, listen to the experts, and don't be selfish.

I feel sorry for all flight crew and airline staff who have deal with both covid and unruly passengers these days. No disrespect intended, but I wonder if former staff who quit or were laid off years ago are thinking, "Wow! I dodged those two scenarios!"

If you don't get it by now, traveling by plane during the holidays, pandemic, winter, and economic troubles then you are set for a disaster. I do not travel at all during holidays period. If we all do the same, I will bet you that the airlines will improve their system.

Traveling during the Christmas/NewYear period you should expect delays and cancellations if for nothing other than weather. Add the pandemic and you should be surprised if you do not have a delay or cancellation. It makes me wonder what people were thinking.

BREAKING NEWS: Not one vaccinated pilot in the USA has a valid medical certificate or pilots license according to the FAA.

FAA rules state that if a pilot takes a medication or vaccination that is not fully approved by the FDA and has been in the marketplace for at least 12 months to ensure that there are no un-common side-effects that affect air travel shall not hold a valid medical certificate and hence will not hold a valid pilots license.

Every pilot, the pilots union, and all airlines know this and all pilots sign an affidavit stating they have read and understand all the rules of the FAA concerning their medical certificate.

The FDA has approved the Covid19 vaccines for emergency use only and will not be fully approved until their human trial studies are complete sometime in 2023. This means that all vaccinated pilots are flying without a license until sometime in 2024 and if their vaccine is not approved or has uncommon side-effects may never be able to fly again. They won't even be able to get a Light Sports license.

If the FAA has somehow quietly changed this decades old rule then they have done so for political reasons. There are certainly some common and uncommon side-effects that affect air travel being reported. Blood clots, blackouts, and fainting among them. One pilot blacked out on a landing approach and the co-pilot landed the plane. The pilot had his license taken away and his career is over.

Do not fly with an unlicensed pilot. This is your only warning.
