This is how an experienced driver does it. Burning up the brakes is incompetence.

Jizzlane gets less time for trafficking children! So a traffic accident gets you over 100yrs and child traffic gets you a few years. Good grief what a society they have built.

He lied on his job application, screwed up shifting gears so he was stucc in neutral, burned up the brakes going down hill. Passed 3 emergency trucc ramps. Got down to the end of the hill, closed his eyes hitting traffic, killed 4 maimed 8 more

They originally gave him a plea deal of 10 years, he refused. Just like in Nevada if u go 2 trial & lose they will max out your sentence for wasting their time & 💰 money. Been going on for a very long time.

Anyone saying he doesn’t deserve any time at all is ignorant af. We as the Hispanic community shouldn’t be fighting for this just because he’s Latino. Take the feelings out of this and the race and look at this case for what it is, people were killed and this could have been completely avoided.

That's B.S. he should get at least 50years. 10 for each person he killed & 10 for being stupid. To be clear; he purposely missed the ramp. There wasn't any reason he couldn't have merged onto the RUNAWAY RAMP. He choose to continue driving a unstoppable truck, he stayed on the shoulder till he seen a parked truck, then steered back into traffic. He didn't want to hit another truck because truck vs truck; he may have died. He choose truck vs car to minimizes damage to himself. That's immoral & unethical; A COWARDS WAY OUT. The same way he felt about ;" SELF PRESERVATION" Im sure the people that died felt about their lives. He should've steered hard right into the median & took his chances. YOUR F-UP , YOU SACRIFICE YOURSELF; NOT OTHERS

I seeing truck drivers some of them driving at 80 mph a crash at this speed is not an accident, it's a crimen. Like I said some of them they don't care about human life, they just think in $$$ so make yourself your judgement of course 110 was out of context but a reasonable sentence probably 30 – 40 years setting the example for the others now they got more power to speed and kill inocente people on the road.

there are no winners here, but when you go to court you know the risks, his lawyers had to explain what the chances would be and what the possible outcomes could be. the judge has to likewise make sure the defendant knows what even minimums could be, but congrats we no longer need 12 we'll all listen to a 60 second snippet online and vote like American idol from now on and we'll take majority. sure am glad everyone that signed that petition knew exactly every detail like the jury did. due process? never heard of her.

Seriously, even 10 years is way too much. This man already has a lot on his conscience, why charge him like a criminal? Prison is used to make a criminal think about the misdeeds committed. What is all this time between these walls going to improve or change about himself?

Mederos road raged the citizens of Colorado for 3 HOURS PRIOR TO BURNING UP HIS BRAKES BY HIS SIDESWIPING, CUTTING OFF and TAILGATING innocent drivers for HOURS and MILES.  He murdered 4 INNOCENT PEOPLE in his running down of another hispanic driver in a SMALL WHITE TRUCK.  HE DID INTEND TO KILL.  He DID plow directly into the same WHITE TRUCK that he tried to run off the highway 10 miles back.  LOOK at the witness film of him running this White truck off the highway, then look at the same White truck after the crash scene.  MEDEROS directly HIT that SAME White truck that he tried to run off the road 10 miles back.  This needs to be replayed and analysed by a private investigator.  While crying for this Cuban whom made the conscious decision to destroy dozens of his host people's lives in the country which has so graciously offered him refuge, in order to save his own, after racing them for hours, whose sentence has since been reduced to 5 YEARS for murdering 4 and maiming 40 others……
Remember OTTO WARMBLER and his death sentence for taking a paper off a lamp post. Were famous hookers from Armenia and throngs of illiterates from the third world defending HIS freedom? The MOB will defend only their OWN. A mockery of democracy. DEMOCKRACY. AND. DEMOBCRACY. This is how they abuse and ultimately destroy, our safe haven of freedom. Time to begin removal of the MOB. MEDEROS MURDERED.

Ok I get it now at first I was like screw the justice system then I was like I can't judge a book by its cover and learned more on the other side. Know your enemies. I was like he it was a complete accident break failure. Then I learned he had miles to turn off in a ditch or a truck ramp and he didn't want to hurt himself fear I understand but selfish. Also he lied on his qualifications paper. 110 was to much I'm glad he got some time. He will have time to reflect on others life's. not just his he wanted the job so he lied he didn't wana get hurt so he endangered others. It's like if I lived in an apartment with you and my stove started on fire. if I ran out and didn't pull the alarm until it speaks am I guilty.
