“I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do and I want to start living my life. I don’t have many more years,” one traveller told Global News.

As millions of Canadians got vaccinated, the federal government removed its advisory, cautioning against non-essential travel. And by the end of the year, they were repeating a familiar warning.

As Sean O’Shea reports, the border was a big story again this year, the questions surrounding international travel, changing plans, and fears of getting stuck abroad.

When will travel return to normal for Canadians working and residing outside of Canada and desperatly want to visit with their families and loved ones in Canada? (And know they can get back to their homes and jobs abroad).
I live in Tokyo, Japan. please don't forget about Canadians outside of Canada. There are about 3 million Canadians living outside of Canada.

All of those things… Didn't exist just a few decades ago. And we lived really well without them. Now. A lot of people with impulse-control deficiencies, are feeling the need… To be somewhere else. And even the risk of sickness, death or the very real possibility that a return home could be costly, shiatty and not the most comfortable, won't make them stop and reconsider the risk/reward equation.
    Grown-up kids.
It reminds me of smokers who HAVE to go for a smoke break every 20 minutes or they do berserk.. I never hire those. In a restaurant, its just a mess and they usually have short tempers.

Ivermectin allowed in Japan. Cases way down. Latest: Japan places myocarditis warning on 'vaccines'!!! Hallelujah for transparency and protecting ones people! Where the you make profit when the people are healthy and so the incentive is to keep people healthy! Unlike some other countries who make billion off of the sick…what you think they want to keep you healthy when the opposite for them is true! Big pharma are starting to be pursued and sued.

Don't worry about spreading covid around the world and killing millions, worry about getting stuck away and running out of money. Sounds like something a logical person would do, NOT!

I am going to go on a cruise in the new year. I have had 3 shots and have basically stayed home 95% isolated for over 18 mnths…I am at my limit of control. I am going to live my life. Politicians have been travelling the last year or more so why can't I.
