    no it's not because of omicron. It's because you guys sell tickets but don't have enough employees to handle it. past 2 yrs. I' ran into issues 3 times I flew since covid started and I' never saw airport/airline employees this bad, unwilling to help, and basically incapable. I probably flew more than 300 times in the past domestic and international without any issues. Unfortunately, COVID ruined everything.
