While in Us Modern-day slavery uncovered in South Georgia Victims include over one hundred laborers smuggled from Mexico and Central America into “brutal” and “inhumane” working conditions. Under the threat of gun violence, some were allegedly forced to dig for onions with their bare hands, earning only 20 cents for each bucket harvested. At least two people died on the job. Another was allegedly repeatedly raped.

A country subservient to another has no spine to stand upright for its own people and interests. And that is why this country despite its huge population is languishing at the bottom of humanity & prosperity. Stand upright India , and stop parroting the US if you have a upright spine. But alas….

The US is hugely dependent on Chinese solar panels from Xinjiang and that's the real reason. Problem is they are not dependent on the US in the first place

Well done Mr. President. DUMPH never would have cared that they use slave labor he (and the rest of the republicans )would have regretted that we don't. It outrages me to know that China ( who started the f**king pandemic ) has not had to pay reparations to those countries (like the US) who have been hit so hard.

For your info. US purchased a lot of face mask from China for their frontline workers in hospital. China should labeled every piece of mask is originated from Xinjiang to stop US from making any purchase of the masks and seek for alternative supply, which the world knows no one can setup and meet the quantities needed in the US. Well, if you put a ban on Xinjiang products, that means US government will have to drop the act drafted in Congress.

U.S. government-owned UNICOR, previously known as Federal Prison Industries (FPI), has 110 factories in at least 79 federal prisons across the country. This for-profit corporation is run by the Bureau of Prisons and is now the U.S. government's 39th largest contractor. Can we discuss Xinjiang's forced labour?

Well… the entire documentary just mentions the “document” over and over again. My question is where you got this document? How do you prove authenticity of the document? It is ridiculous that the whole documentary relies on a piece of document coming from nowhere as the main evidence of the existence of the so called “prison” .
