Let's have a Risk Tax anyone who drives a car, we all know there is a risk of accidents doing that, and of course people who are unhealthy/overweight, also people who work out, strains, pulled muscles, sprained ankles and broken bones are well know risks when running or riding a bike. Government should employ mandatory medical exams every year so they can then track any issues with people. If they have high risk health issues that can be prevented well then tax them too.
