జపాన్ ను మంచు ముంచేస్తోంది. జపాన్ లోని సముద్ర తీరంలోని పట్టణాల్లో భారీగా కురుస్తున్న హిమపాతానికి నగరాలన్నీ తెల్లగా మారిపోయాయి. నీగాటా నగరంలోని మయోకో ప్రాంతంలో 115 సెంటీమీటర్ల ఎత్తు మంచు కురిసింది. భారీగా కురుస్తున్న హిమపాతం కారణంగా పలు విమానాలు, రైలు సర్వీసులు రద్దు కాగా… మరికొన్ని ఆలస్యంగా నడుస్తున్నాయి.
